Help needed

I'm wondering are those headers that you've got in USA are those headrs the ones that gives you 8HP or are they just usual headers like original just better looking cause in here some guy is making headers and it cost
about 700$ and it gives you more power and also the rest of the exaust for 700$ and then you'll probobly get 10 HP more is anyone fomiliar with that...
And one question today I was going to buy air filter from SPRINT a totaly new technology it's from poliester not coton and they are promising 6-8% more power on your car so we get there and cause I have my engine all rebuild and some new stuffs in I cant push it so hard so we install it in my friends civic HB 92' VTEC(160HP) and there was no difference in power just sound,so my question is, can you get more power with just AIR FILTER(INTAKE)???Cause I don't belive it I did belive but now I don't anymore I would appriciate if someone will answer that question, and have some expirience with that or have done dyno test with original filter
and with the sports one as there any difference???

If you get one of the more expensive headers like hytech, spoon, or mugen I believe you will see some gains. The other header will give you gains but I don't think the gain will be as big as the top of the line headers. An air filter will not give you any significant gains. An air intake system like the aem or iceman will produce more significant gains because of the cooler air. Hope this helps.

Yea, a cold air intake helps as does a header. But if you want to expect large gains you are going to have to pay a lot of money for an expensive header.
